As of 1 January 2011, and in accordance with Article 44 of the EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC oly customers with a Danish VAT number, and account for Danish VAT where the recipient of the services sold is established in Denmark pay 25% VAT.

For all other organisations, where the customer acquiring the services sold by WYSTC  are not established in Denmark, no VAT will be charged.
