WYSE Travel Confederation is pleased to announce the launch of a new series of webinars for 2012, free to Confederation Members. Following the success of the inaugural 2011 programme, we plan to build on this by bringing in presenters with insight from a broader spectrum within the travel industry.
WYSE Travel Confederation will bring its members in touch with industry leaders and specialists in the areas of social media, industry research, market intelligence, mobile marketing and more. For 2012 the programme will be expanded to a minimum of 6 Confederation-wide webinars, with space available for further presentations on more specialist and niche topics. Members will be regularly alerted on upcoming presentations by e-mail and WYSE Words. For the first time, Non-members will be granted access for a fee per webinar.

Throughout the course of her career, she has set up offices and lead groundbreaking campaigns across a diverse array of markets including Peru, Brazil, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. Olya has fostered strong, long-term relationships with her partners all over the world and travels to meet with them regularly in order to ensure they are getting the most out of the taxback.com service.
Originally from Varna, Bulgaria and currently based in Dublin, Ireland, Olya is spearheading an online marketing campaign which is focusing on turning all social networking fans into a revenue stream for the company. He advised and coached leaders of Fortune 500 companies including P&G, L’Oréal, Coca Cola, Heineken, Lufthansa, Philips, Nokia and Microsoft. He also initiated and led Forrester’s social web think tank.
Jaap is a pioneer of the web, having set up eBusiness for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in the 1990s and the travel system Galileo in the late 1980s.
He has been widely quoted in top media outlets, including Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, BBC and CNBC. For five years, he was in charge of Forrester’s EMEA Consumer Forum - an annual gathering of executives from leading B2C companies and business innovators in marketing, media and finance.
