During the trade fair and business appointments, organisations hold pre-scheduled meetings and attend the exhibition at their leisure.
To arrange your pre-scheduled meetings, delegates will need to log into the Marcom eSchedule PRO Online Business Appointment System.
To ensure that you gain the most from your time at WYSTC 2013, it is essential you login to the Marcom eSchedule PRO Online Business Appointment System to ensure your Trading Profile is up to date. The deadline for this information to be completed is Monday 19th August. The more accurate your profile; the more successful business you will achieve. After this date your profile will be exported for use in the WYSTC Trade Catalogue.
The Marcom eSchedule PRO Online Business Appointment System will close on Friday 13th September.
Business Appointments
These pre-scheduled meetings allow delegates to put a face to the name and are a key to developing trade and business alliances, thereby accelerating the speed-to-market of products and services. Meet with nearly 40 organisations in 20 minute intervals – you will travel around the world without leaving the conference venue. Appointments take place at an organisation’s booth or at tables provided by WYSTC 2013. All business appointments are managed online, booked and confirmed before the conference begins.
The Marcom eSchedule PRO Online Business Appointment System will open at 10am CET on Thursday 11th July and will close at 5pm CET Friday 13th September.
Open Travel Market
Regarded as free trading time, the open Travel Market enables you to catch up with the many organisations attending WYSTC 2013. Browse the exhibition hall to find new partners, renew connections and discover the industry’s latest products and services. During this time you may want to also organise business meetings on your own to meet with targeted organisations.
Exhibition Space
Organisations can book a trading booth for the duration of WYSTC 2013. Booths come fully equipped with table, chairs, electricity and lighting at no extra charge. Naturally, you can customise your space by hanging posters or ordering additional items. Book a booth upon registration from the 30th March 2013. For questions or assistance, please contact Jessica Quinlan, Events Coordinator.
There are a number of dedicated areas or ‘Villages’ such planned for WYSTC 2013. In previous years we have seen Australia, Taiwan, Hostelling International and Generator Hostels at the event. There are also areas within the exhibition hall for regions and sectors. To find out more or learn if your region/sector is represented, please contact Jessica Quinlan, Events Coordinator.
Optimising your attendance – Building your profile at WYSTC
Fully registered organisations now have access to the online trade catalogue available on the secure Marcom eSchedule PRO website. The eSchedule PRO website contains each organisation’s trading details which are available for all participants to view and to review attendees. This makes your profile an important tool to doing business at WYSTC, so be sure that your details are current and correct.

Explore attendee profiles using the online search engine and begin targeting and booking your business appointments long before the conference begins. The system will remain open until 31 October 2013, allowing delegates to message each other after the event as well.
